Re: Wladimir Klitschko retires from boxing
What a surprise, ED being pulled up on and proven that he doesn't know what he is talking about. Yet again. Give it a rest.

Re: Wladimir Klitschko retires from boxing
God you talk some bolloxs ED and some of it doesn't even make sense.

Hearns v Hagler. and Benn v McLellan were 2 of the biggest punch ups I've seen.

Re: Wladimir Klitschko retires from boxing
Come on Cholo, Steven P doesn't take himself too seriously.

All he's worried about is if other posters are taken seriously by everyone else.

That's because he cares. Not about this messageboard, because he doesn't it seriously, but about people, which he does take seriously. He very nicely advised me this messageboard is not for me the other day because I take it too seriously, and now he's advising me no one takes me seriously. That's advice from a great man.

Re: Wladimir Klitschko retires from boxing
So you were talking bolloxs ED.

Cholo - what a strange thing to pick up on. I know what you are trying to get at but I could be a 10 stone long distance runner for all you know but thanks for piping up.

Careful, he's off to the gym, I'd take him seriously if I were you.

Re: Wladimir Klitschko retires from boxing
Steven, do you find it important for people on this site to take you seriously?

Steven P 12:50 Fri Aug 4
Re: Wladimir Klitschko retires from boxing
So you don't know 100% ED and just talking bolloxs again. This is why no one on this site takes you seriously.

Anyway, off to the gym! Catch you later.

speaking of stories from sparring.......... i see Paulie has quit Connor McGregors camp after some 'fake' pictures were released of PM being knocked down. it was actually a push down according to PM who is now threatening to release a video of the entire 12 rounds of the sparring session.

Does not piss me off in the slightest. Does it piss you off that I called you out in talking bolloxs, yet again?

Does it piss you off that I know, Steven?

Re: Wladimir Klitschko retires from boxing
It's not hard, you said it about 12 posts or so ago."I can tell you, 100%, that Dubois did put Joshua down."

How can you be 100%?

Re: Wladimir Klitschko retires from boxing
I agree, he can definitely be hurt but it looked to me like he had stamina problems more than anything else. during those middle rounds he looked fucked physically until he got his second wind. I'm not sure how these big boys train but his team would be better targeting that as his power will always be there

I think where you argument hits the nail on the head is in regard to someone like amir khan. I think he's very talented, very brave but his lack of punch resistance will always catch him out against the best. if he could take big shots

About what?

Steven P 12:33 Fri Aug 4

So you are talking bolloxs then ED and don't know 100%?

Re: Wladimir Klitschko retires from boxing
Miike, the thing for me is, when looking at who he has fought, he's had 2 competitive fights, and looked like he was going in both of them. Granted, he got through, one was against Whyte, who I like but is nowhere near top class, and the other against a 41 year old, who couldn't land a punch and lost nearly every round against Fury a year prior, regardless of how much people enjoyed that fight.

I agree with you on entertainment value, and I like the guy, let's hope I'm wrong, but I just think he's ready to go far too easily. Just my opinion. Although we certainly won't learn anything when he fights Pulev, another chump.

Takashi Miike 12:18 Fri Aug 4

Exactly. With the heavyweight division, all we want to see is big cunts smashing the shit out of each other, not tapping away with a jab and cuddling each other in the centre of the ring.

Doesn't matter where they come from, we want to see big punch-ups.

Takashi Miike 12:21 Fri Aug 4
Re: Wladimir Klitschko retires from boxing
most brutal knock out I've seen was Hearns knocking out Duran, its an occupational hazard and has fuck a!l to do with ability

Takashi Miike 12:18 Fri Aug 4
Re: Wladimir Klitschko retires from boxing
but you're talking about a division where you've got 18 stone blokes whacking each other. everyone can get knocked out and what is 'special'? the klitschko brothers dominated the division for over a decade boring the fans to tears. my favourite ever British boxer was Nigel Benn, people called him chinny but he was special. give me Joshua's style all day and stop worrying about the KO that hasn't happened yet

ED how are you 100% certain? Was you there?
